/While this isn't our traditional review of a speaker event, we couldn't help, but share this exciting cover of ESSENCE magazine's May 2017 Issue featuring our own Luvvie Ajayi (top row, second from left) in the company of some amazing women empowering others and changing the world. For the first time ever, ESSENCE honored 12 women on its cover who are blazing trails for equal rights and inclusion for Black people in America. Luvvie is doing exactly that through writing, blogging and speaking about these issues, and more, around the world.
