Welcoming our Newest Speaker at Outspoken! 🎉 Behavioral Health Leadership Trainer Nidhi Tewari

We are so excited to announce the next addition to Outspoken’s roster: Nidhi Tewari!

Nidhi Tewari is a workplace culture and well-being keynote speaker and consultant. Collaborating to transform workplace culture with organizations like Godiva, NPR, SHRMS, and more, she brings a decade of clinical expertise as a therapist specializing in strategies that can support high-performing leaders and their teams who want to thrive by improving well-being and mental health.

“The human brain is wired for survival and connection, and this fact doesn’t change when people are at work,” Nidhi says. “After coping with more than two years of collective global trauma from the pandemic, more than ever, leaders need to be attuned to the mental health and well-being of their employees.”

But the question is—how do we fix it? “The antidote to misattunement is repair and connection,” she continues. “We must become aware of our own past and how it shows up in the way we lead, how employees’ trauma and mental health influence their lives in and out of work, and how these experiences impact the dynamics between us. If we want to effectively lead, then we must first attune.”

And it’s that attunement that is the center of Nidhi’s expertise. She’s spoken at the World Economic Forum, National Speakers Association, UC San Diego, American Society for Quality (ASQ), Embodiment Conference, and many more events training audiences about meaningful connection, emotional intelligence, and behavioral wellbeing in the workplace. Some of her most popular talks include:

➡️ Out of Sight, Out of Mind: Supporting Neurodiversity, Mental Health and Disabilities at Work
➡️ Connecting Compassionately: Building Relationships with a Diverse Workforce
➡️ EQ > IQ: The Three Essential Emotional Intelligence Skills
➡️ Balance Instead of Burnout: Research-Backed Tools to Improve Well-Being

Nidhi has been featured in The New York Times, Forbes, and The Washington Post, among others. She has built a community of over 10,000 Instagram followers, and over 120,000 on the social audio platform, Clubhouse.
